What is the cancellation policy?

10x Packages are not able to be extended or refunded. Credits are not transferable or refundable.

Booked class spots can only be cancelled and credited up to 48 hours prior to class, due to limited numbers and exclusivity of PILATESNOW.

There needs to be a minimum of 3 people booked for a PILATESNOW class to be viable. If a class is cancelled due to lack of numbers you will be sent a message and credited for the session.

When classes are fully booked, you can join the waitlist. You will automatically be put into the class if an existing clients cancels their booking for that class.

When multiple people join the waitlist you will join a queue, in which case it will be first-on-waitlist-first-in-class.

Cancellations can be a reality, the system will automatically include you in the class if a space opens up 45 minutes before, so please only join the waitlist if you are committed and keen to join. DO not join the waitlist if you can’t make the class.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class.

Let your instructor know if you are injured or have any limitations.

Please let your instructor know if you have never participated in a Reformer Class.

Orientation Session is encouraged if you have never been on a reformer or are not familiar with Pilates and the Pilates movements.

Please wear socks in the studio and on equipment – no shoes are allowed in PilatesNow space – leave at reception.

Please bring a towel and water bottle. We have a tap outside to fill your bottle or you can purchase glass bottled water.
