Sharna Fsyh
My Journey of Movement and Healing began with the performing arts at the Waterfront Theatre School. From here I transitioned into the corporate world but quickly realised it lacked the rhythm and purpose I craved.
Health and wellness is where I discovered a deeper calling. My certifications include Group Exercise, Yoga, and Pilates, which laid the foundation for a more holistic approach to movement.
My pivotal moment came while working alongside a Biokineticist at a Pilates studio in Johannesburg. There, I found my true niche in Clinical Pilates and Rehabilitation. Driven by a passion for helping others heal through movement, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Certified Post-Rehabilitation Specialist and Sports Massage Therapist. I also earned a Diploma in the Bodymaster Method, a practice rooted in principles of Manual Osteopathy.
My artistic background, combined with my clinical knowledge, helps me to support the body’s natural ability to heal. My work is guided by a deep belief in the transformative power of movement and a commitment to helping others reconnect with their physical potential.
